Cancellation & no-shows
If you're unable to attend your appointment and don’t give at least 48 hours’ notice, or if you cancel or change your mind after arriving, a $30 cancellation or no show fee will apply.
No shows will be charged 100 percent of the service cost, which must be paid before you can book again.
Repeat no shows may be asked to pay in full upfront, or may be refused future bookings.
Deposits
All appointments require a 25% deposit of the service price.
This amount goes toward your final bill.
All deposits are non refundable, in line with our cancellation policy.
Late arrivals
Please let us know if you’re running late, as it may affect your treatment time.
If you are more than 10 minutes late, we may need to adjust or shorten your appointment to avoid delays for others.
Sickness & Emergencies
If you need to cancel or reschedule within 24 hours due to illness or caring for a child:
Your deposit is not refundable, but can be transferred once to another appointment.
The rescheduled appointment must be within two weeks of the original booking.
Further cancellations will result in the deposit being forfeited and a late fee applied.
Consultations
In person consultations up to 10 minutes are complimentary.
If your consultation runs longer, a $30 fee will apply.

We’ll send you a confirmation text 48 hours before your appointment.
If your appointment remains unconfirmed, we reserve the right to cancel it.
behaviour and conduct
We do not tolerate rude, aggressive, or violent behaviour. Clients displaying this behaviour will be asked to leave and not return.
Children are welcome in the salon, but we kindly ask that they are closely supervised for their safety and out of respect for others.

Service prices are subject to change at any time without notice, depending on the needs of the business.

If you're not happy with your service, please contact us within 5 days of your appointment.
We'll do our best to make it right within that time. Anything beyond 5 days will not be considered.
